Mini Apple Pies

I love apple pie.  Actually, I love pie. Any pie.  Unfortunately I'm not a pie maker.  Until now!

During apple week I was trying to find an easy way to make individual apple pies for the kids at school.  This my friends was too easy.  The kids are really to take credit.  And that could be why they turned out so good!

Ingredients Needed:
Apples
Cinnamon/Sugar
Pre-made pie crust

Instructions:
1. Peel (not necessary, though) and dice the apples.
2. Stir the apples together with cinnamon and sugar.
3. Roll out dough and cut circles with a cup.
4. Pinch the sides of the crust to make a bowl shape and pour in the apple mixture.  Add a topper and pinch together.
5. I popped them into a 300 degree toaster oven for about 7-10 minutes.

You could get fancy with the tops by putting a lattice on but I'm too lazy and just wanted to munch! I just needed some vanilla ice cream....
