5 Senses

Too many things happened this week to write in one blog post.  I'll just highlight some of the "most funnest" things we did!

Smell:  Watercolor Painting

Touch: Slime

Touch: Salty Paintings (just add salt to fingerpaint)

Touch: Footsy Feel

Sight: Altered Freeze Dance (these glasses got me dizzy...but the kids thought they were hilarious!)

Taste: Taste Test (using jelly bellys!)

My senses are overloaded!

  1. I loved the idea Jessi. I would definitely try this at home with my kiddo. Kudos

  2. I love the idea of adding salt to finger paint and I know my girls would love taste testing jelly beans.

    1. The salt was "the magic ingredient"...they had to guess what it was. Lots of fun. Great for learning new descriptive words as well. And the jelly beans? A HUGE hit!
