Trashy Tuesday: Office Supplies

I have re-purposed some old office supplies to use as some organizational tools in my classroom.  I found these at Treasures 4 Teachers (my piece of heaven), but I know you could find them easily at thrift shops for cheap or maybe you know of an office that is closing or remodeling?

Wire File Folder Rack (angled): Great use for my Big Books!  I have about 25 of them in one of these systems.

Stackable letter trays work great for paper storage, puzzles, books and like the photo below, my mini dry erase boards and chalkboards fit perfectly!

These accordion folders area work great for my small bulletin board pieces, calendar months/numbers and as shown below, small games that are flat.  I need to label each folder to get a bit more organized. :)

These are wooden file folder trays that are perfect for small centers/games that you would like out and on display.

White binders (covers have been cut from the rings) used as dry erase boards!
Manilla Folders/Hanging Folders make for great die cuts, canvas, weaving, file folder games, etc.

This idea looks super cute:
Old keyboard pieces into magnets!

Do you have any office supply re-do's?

  1. I like the letters on the rocks. You should check out the amazing story stones my sister in law made for my daughter here. They're amazing! :)
