Happy Spring!

Here are a few Spring Time projects we have worked on this week to get us in the mood for SPRING BREAK!

* Planting Flowers:  Hot glue green floral foam to the bottom of a pot.  Using artificial flowers, poke them into the foam.  The children have been rearranging the pots and giving out bouquets of beautiful flowers to friends.

*Collage Rainbow: Using our bags of scrap papers, we tore pieces and glued them into the rainbow.  The colors of our rainbow reminded our friends of the color wheel we made a few months back.

*Rabbits: Have each child trace their foot(body) and hand(head). Their hand needs to be spaced like the Star Trek finger symbol.  :) Glue the head above the body and add details as you wish.

*The pop out flowers are from this great blog site.

*Red Robins: Using 2 circles, one red, one brown cut them in half.  Tape/Glue opposite colors together.  Add a beak, eyes, and a piece of yarn for the worm!
